Products, orders, and pricing
Everything we sell is subject to availability, and a few plain conditions apply to every order.

Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. When you place an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide. Every transaction is encrypted.
Refunds and the 30-day guarantee
Flexigum is backed by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If the product is not right for you for any reason within 30 days of delivery, email cody@flexigumusa.com and we will work with you to make it right.
How a refund works
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.
